Octavian is flighty at best, neurotic at worst. He tends to put his eggs in too many baskets and then gets incredibly stressed when he isn't able to do everything he wishes to accomplish. He employs a number of breathing techniques to keep his cool, and relies on his boyfriend for emotional support. When he's calm, Octavian in very tactful, and easily one of the smartest blooms out there.

He's currently in a relationship with Romulus.
