“ killer/stalker following you and your friends in the woods''

the stuff on him is mostly dirt and stuff (and blood, but in most cases not his own)

his ''weapons'' are a hook on a chain that he uses to impale people as well as choke them (the purple marks are bruises from the chain from...idk, when the chain was wrapped too tight around his arm)

and barbed wire, that can also be used to choke victims or keep them in place, but the barbed wire started to dig into his own arms and is also penetrating/inside his own skin

the red stuff on his face is supposed to be scars, his right ear is torn...and the bandages are also due to injuries/scars 

Elam has had a rough childhood, his parents also passed when he was very young so he was left with his neglective aunt and uncle who treated him terribly. When he was old enough, he was abandoned by them in an old abandoned farm in the middle of nowhere. He now stalks people, hating them for the beautiful lives they are living.
