parasitic brain mew made in a lab from mew brain tissue, its smaller and shorter in size, and cant live without a host to leech life energy off of, it attached to its victims brain via its tail and can control them like a puppet, chances of survival depend on how long its attached to its host! not evil or good in nature, just grown desperate and scheming because of its life circumstances, warping its mind and morals to care for their own survival above all else
may have a mewtwo clone companion they use as a puppet, but it doesnt have any lifeforce left in it for memory to feed off of (tba)
