Katherine Simms (Kitty)

Personality:

Kitty  would like to describe herself as a fine gentlewoman - and that is  exactly what she does, but the truth is quite different. Despite her  constant attempts to appear more refined than she truly is, she is  capable of fooling no one. To put it shortly, Gilroy L. Simms's niece is  a lascivious woman with an undying affinity for alcohol, especially  gin, making descriptions such as "hussy" or "drunkard" fitting epithets  for her. Kitty seemingly has no morals, or if she does, they're as  loose-fitting as her clothes are, and she portrays little shame in  behaving the way she does. Always on the look out for a relationship  with a man, whether it be temporary or permanent, she flirts with  everyone and everything that vaguely resembles a member of the opposite  sex.

Appearance:

Katherine is a rather tall woman, with  thin, faded blonde hair barely reaching to her shoulders and light blue  eyes. She can regularly be seen wearing scanty clothes in order to  accentuate her "beautiful figure", and she does so with immense pride.  She likes to believe that she dresses in fancy garments and that she's  stylish, but in fact most of the apparel she wears turns out to look  somewhat cheap, perhaps because the wearer is so herself.

History:

Katherine  grew up as an only child. She is the daughter of Gilroy's older  half-brother, and seeing as the age difference between them was so small  they got to play a lot when they were younger - in other words, Kitty  got to tease and boss the poor little codfish around. It can also be  assumed that Gilroy's mother liked her much better than her own son,  which no doubt much have made the former come to hate his niece all the  more. In the beginning her parents and relatives believed that she would  be very successful as she grew up, as most parents do, but it did not  take long before these short-lived dreams got crushed. Katherine did  poorly in school, and as she grew older she adopted a vehement drinking  habit as well as a reputation of being a "loose woman". Currently, she  is unemployed and (supposedly) living with some lover of hers.
