It's... Complicated
The man is insufferable, psychotic, manipulative and rutheless. Yet still, Ciel sees a softness unlike any other somewhere deep in there, disgusted immensely by the capacity for which Maisy harbors affection. Ciel definitely hates the way he makes him melt. Totally.
