Alden

Alden is a draconic spirit thought to be thousands of years old. He inhabits an old victorian library located somewhere in the outskirts of London and Hounslow, where he does everything in his power to keep the library and its ancient resources locked away and protected from humanity.

It's extremely rare for any human to actually find their way to this library, due to the dense forest surrounding it. Many who have gone into this forest claim they became confused, disoriented, lost. Some even claim the longer they were inside the more they began to forget. Why they were there, how they got there, what they did that morning, where they live, and so on. However, all of them find their way out somehow, always exactly where they started.

When a human does actually make it through to the library, Alden takes great care in making sure they leave without any recollection of the library's existance at all, ensuring no human ever comes back twice. What happens to them while they are inside the library, however, is a secret only known to him.
