Binky Twinkles is a sleepy lil clown doll whose doesn't work for laughs but better at calming and making children smile when frightened.
While he can't talk he is a good listener and humming is quite soothing.
When hugged or squeezed it'll set off the little music disk in his tummy that plays a soft lullaby like tune.
Good at playing the ocarina.
