Aito Yumekawa (夢川アイト, Yumekawa Aito) is a senior student at Denkō High School from class 3-B. (明憲 - Akinori; あきお - Akio; 秋雨 - Akisame; 橋本 - Hashimoto
Aito is a young, tall, muscular man. His eyes are grey and upturned, while his hair is navy blue at the top and rosy pink on the tips. It's shoulder length. He often ties it into a ponytail or a bun. His body is covered in lichtenberg figures, besides that he has a huge scar going from his neck to shoulder and chest, another one under his left eye and less visible one on his right cheek. He also has a heart-shaped birthmark next to his left eye. Despite his body being damaged people still find him very attractive in appearance.
Aito's personality is complicated. He'll show you the side of himself, depending on how you treat him and act. There's a possibility he'll adapt to you. He can go from cheerful to serious really fast. Some people will tell you he never takes any problems seriously, others will tell he never stops being serious. However, the latter is more common.
He is a hardworking person with a tendency to overwork due to his strong sense of independence and perfectionism. In addition, he is stubborn and persistent - when he starts something, he has to finish it. He's confident and may appear as arrogant but he usually has the reasons/enough skill to behave that way without bigger consequences.
He adjusts the speaking style and vocabulary to the recipient and often uses sarcasm in his statements. He's very critical, but can be also a good, open-minded listener if he finds the other person worth his time. He looks at everything from all possible perspectives and criticises them all. He's a composed man, in a meaning of hiding his real feelings and emotions. There are people who would describe him as cold and harsh. He doesn't show much empathy. He prefers using his mind and logic rather than heart, because he finds feelings confusing. He's rebellious at work, not being afraid to say what he thinks and defining conditions.
He clearly dislikes the way the world works and undermines the authority of the pro-heroes, what makes him appear very cynical. On the other hand, he sees positives of this occupation's existence and also disapproves of the actions of the villains.
He can be described as secretive since he doesn't like sharing informations about himself and gets very angry whenever someone else does that instead of him. He's shrewd and observant. He often doesn't ask straight away, instead he asks questions that will lead him to the answer. He knows a lot about body language and mind tricks. He's a good actor and is capable of manipulating others. He's very intelligent and knows how to use his knowledge.

Quirk
Thunderstorm (雷雨, Raiu): Aito's quirk allows him to create and manipulate thunderstorms. It's one of the quirks that trigger and control the weather. Aito can produce Cumulonimbus clouds, that can be a source of violent rain, snow or hail, although it is unknown if he can produce the last two, and are often accompanied by electrical discharges. He can relase electricity from his body without the whole storm-making process, however in this case he won't be able to turn it into a lighting. If the weather is already stormy, he can manipulate its elements at will. He's able to control wind flows to some extent too.
If the storm was already there, Aito doesn't have full control of it and when he creates the storm himself, he gets exhausted quicker. In addition, he's not completely immune to his own quirk. Side effects from using it are awful, going from a headache through burns to death, if used above the limit.

- Aito's adoptive surname consists kanji of "dream" (夢, yume) and "river" (川, kawa). His first name is written in katakana, so it can have many meanings, for example "love" (愛, ai), "indygo" (藍, ai) or "mugwort" (艾, ai) combined with "斗, to", which refers to a Chinese constellation, "person" (人, to) or "soar, fly" (翔, to). Other kanji combinations are also possible.
