GLOBAL TOS AND TRADING RULES
- make sure to credit me when reposting my art on to any socials, this includes designs made by me or any additional accompanying art
- do not trace/steal or claim my art as your own under any circumstance (pose reference and color picking r a-ok with me)
adopts/designs tos:
- inspiration is totally fine by me as long as it isnt a 1:1 copy! but it has to be distinctly different from one another, you cant just change one detail and call it a day. this goes for art style as well
- commercial rights are always free of charge once design has been purchased
- if you would like to change or add anything to a design you have bought from me, please contact me and i will make edits accordingly*
- you are not allowed to flip my designs for a higher price unless there is added personal art or commissioned pieces. if discovered you will be permanently blacklisted
- auth me if you plan on hiding any of my designs! not required, but appreciated
- gifted designs can be resold for an appraised worth (please contact me to do so)
- traded characters can be sold
- all of my designs are adults unless stated otherwise. i will not tolerate nsfw of any of my creations that i have specifically said are underage
*changing skin color of my adopts is okay only if the design is not culturally influenced. if you are not sure please dont hesitate to ask!
adopts/commissions tos:
- i will do holds for up to 3-5 days depending on amount agreed upon.
- as of 8/7/23, i will only accept payments via stripe or venmo. if for whatever reason you are unable to send via these methods, we can discuss privately about other options.
- payment plans must be completed to full term with a grace period of 2 days for missed payments. if you are unable to fulfill a payment, ghost invoices, or backout, you will not receive ownership of the adopt and will likely result in you being blacklisted.
❗❗PLEASE refrain from impulsively buying or bidding higher than what you are capable of, i do not want you to dig into your pockets for my art! your well-being comes first before anything; i am not liable once purchases have been completed!
