Background: Popper was first discovered near the bay by a few people on the pier - they were shocked to see a penguin so close to shore and they called The Owner right away as they knew that they would take care of him. It was very strange when The Owner approached the animal as it seemed as though he was aware of what they were doing and went with them immediately. When he got to the pet shop, The Owner found out Popper had a tracker from another aquarium, as though he had escaped somehow. When The Owner called the aquarium to see if they would like him back, they said that he obviously didn't like their conditions and perhaps he'd like it better with the Owner? They quickly set up an area fit for a penguin and led him into there. Almost immediately he began to perk up, happy with his new living area. Now, whenever anyone comes into his ice-filled home, he will waddle over, force them to sit down, and lie on their lap.
