✧ Oh the snow it melts the soonest when the winds begin to sing
And the corn it ripens fastest when the frosts are setting in,
And when a woman tells me that my face she'll soon forget,
Before we part I want to croon, she's fain to follow yet. ✧
Notes
Hoarfrost's scales are covered in a crystaline substance produced by her own body as a protective shell. She occasionally sheds crystals, and they are viewed as a treasure from the doyenne herself by those gifted them.

History
When Hoarfrost was young the Fourth Wing was still in disarray after the rise of the mists. Their communities were shattered, cold, and bitter. Little Hoarfrost was determined to make a change. She took up an apprenticeship and her passion for science and discovery grew. She made a name for herself after inventing a swift and efficient postal service. She helped found the prestigious Lumina Academy.
After her success, she was appointed the new Doyenne of the kingdom with full support of the public. She continues to reign the Fourth Wing with grace, funding public welfare projects and her citizen's quality of life expanding far passed Mon'Halla. The public is quite fond of her and she will likely rule for many years to come.
