Sprout

Sprout was adopted as a tadpole by a noble family unaware that he was a Grung and not an exotic frog. The noblemen purchased the baby Grung for his two children, who promptly decided the name 'Sprout' was the right name for the little guy.

It didn't take long before the tadpole grew rapidly, and the family realized that they had in fact brought a Grung into their home. They decided to keep him anyway, and he eventually grew to become the two children's personal guard after displaying protective tendencies and having a watchful eye on the children.

Having grown up with humans, he never learned the language of his natural tongue and had instead learned Common, something unheard of in his race.
