For all characters created by me, "Nello"...

🐯 - Please, never claim that you created a design made by me when you didn't. Please always list me as the original creator/designer.

🦓 - If you do intend to sell a character you purchased from me, do not sell them for more than you paid unless you have collected more commissioned artwork of them.

🦊 - All of my character designs obtained via trades from me start with no value. (Example: If you commissioned $50 in extra artwork for the character, then the value would start at $50.)

🦁 - As their creator I retain rights over any artwork that I originally created. You are allowed to make edits to my work if desired. You may claim edits you made by listing it in the art's description. (EX: Edited by Rune, Original Design By Nello.) If you edit the design, make sure to keep a copy of the original alongside it.

🦄 - Gifting designs is absolutely fine, if you paid for it, it keeps it's paid value. If you traded for it, it's value is decided by any commissioned work it later receives.
