Selene [NPC]

Being the head scientist of the Cybera region, Selene is highly accustomed to human interaction and social conventions. Since pioneering DNA splicing and other technologies, most notably the Cybera Generator, she has been renowned among the human and Pokemon population alike. She now resides in Cybera Lab and is happy to provide new trainers with their starters. She has a very busy schedule, though - don't waste her time!
