GASPED, I love them!! Could I adopt them if possible please? Probably would be used as a comfort character or something similar to that! I really like dragons and humanoids and this guy seems really fun and interesting to draw! Would get some story, info, bio and personality over time as writing usually takes me a bit! (I actually do use my characters but I don't upload most of my art to toyhouse as it's making me anxious, but they are being loved and used!) Thank you for the chance! :0

First of all, let me provide a layout for you of what my actual submission will look like.
Trigger warnings will always come first. My submissions may discuss sensitive topics that some readers may find disturbing. Unfortunately, not everything is going to be kittens and rainbows, as even fictional lives have emotional distress and traumatizing events.
What follows is the beginning of my submission, which goes into deep detail of the character, as well as notable traits. Lore follows shortly after, containing several headings based on important events that shape this specific character.
If they are going to be a main team member, I will go over their elements and some of their moveset.
After this, I will dive into the relationships this character has with other people. This is to show the connections that they have or will have gained. That, and to provide another piece of solid evidence that they will genuinely be used and cared for, to show they are embedded into something big that I'm working on with a loving team. ^^
The final part of my submission will include a Q&A session with the character, to get to know more about them. However, if you wish to hear the answers behind some unanswered questions, let me know in PMs which ones you want me to let you in on.
My submission will end there, but I will sometimes conclude my message with my personal notes on the character. This will be the time that I would give my opinions and desires, such as "I'll use them as a persona!" Or "I'll love them so much!" They always come at the end, just so my personal notes aren't the submission itself.
Now with that out of the way, let us dive into the submission for…Prince Nezha.

Prince Nezha is considered one of the most powerful beings in my RPG, right alongside Artemis, the god of death. My plans for General Nezha are to make a new twist on the Chinese mythology that made this fierce warrior! First of all, the dragon beside Nezha is actually Nezha himself. He has tapped into his power so deep, that he can control the fires of the wind, and become a fierce dragon at will.
But to figure out how he tapped so deep within his power, we first need to dive into his past…
Long Overdue
Long ago, in the Shang dynasty of the mighty China, a young mother had experienced quite the unforgettable:
Her child has surpassed nine months inside of the womb, yet it was still breathing…how was it not born yet? How was it not UNBORN yet? The mother and the father, who was commanding the military at the time, were asking several questions, to which all of them were beyond any professional's help…
Then, after three and a half years of waiting for their child to be born, the mother could feel her water breaking. That is when she finally gave birth inside of a military fortress in Chentang Pass. However…what came out was not a baby, but rather a ball of flesh…
The father was shocked, being wrapped in a spiral of fury.
"Evil..! This wretch we thought was going to be our child is nothing more than a demon spawn!"
Furious, he drew his blade at the ball of flesh, slicing open. And out of the ball, came Nezha, who was already a boy instead of an infant.
"Thank you for freeing me, Father."
The two parents were surprised that their "newborn child" looked, acted, and sounded more like a boy rather than an infant. Not knowing where to go from there, the goddess Lucille took him in as a student of hers.
Burning Passion
Lucille had taught him the ways of fire, so that the feminine-dressed Nezha would be able to burn away the almighty injustices of China.
On that day, however, the people sacrificed much of their food in return for rain to the Sea Dragon King. The King refused however, craving an appetite for the "little boys and girls." A trooper was sent out to retrieve one boy and a girl. However, when a trooper snatched one of Nezha's only friends…things got violent.
Nezha proceeded to break his jaw, before snapping his arms in two like twigs. He wasn't done there, as he severely injured the trooper through his fire techniques. The trooper retreated back to the King, in which he begged for someone else to take care of Nezha. The King sent his third brother to take care of him, in which he was slain by Nezha when engaged in combat. As the blood spilled, the King took matters into his own hands, confronting Nezha and even his family, furious at their defiance.
"Your disobedience is treason against my rule, boy. I will have you reported to the Jade Emperor, while I flood the streets of your people…"
Nezha couldn't let his people nor his family be killed by this tyrant simply because of his uprising. In one more act of defiance, he raised a blade.
"To my parents, I give you my flesh and bones as a thank you for bringing me into the world. Farewell."
He then proceeded to commit suicide, carving up his flesh and bones to give to his parents as repayment for his birth.
Temple of Nezha
However…even after death, his mother could not stop thinking about her boy. The father simply told her to get a grip, that he is gone and will never be returning to the world.
It was one night, when the mother could realize something was odd. Her dreams weren't like any other, instead coming to her in a fiery vision.
"Mother…I come to you from the great beyond. My spirit has wandered every step of this world, and it has nowhere to rest in peace. Please heed my call, Mother, and build a temple in my name so that I can finally close my eyes…"
So the mother spent each and every last moment of her life building the temple for her dead child, in secret from the father. When it was finally done, it quickly flourished, growing swiftly and becoming well-known because of how Nezha was able to grant miracles, curing the sick and the crippled.
However…the father soon found out about the Temple of Nezha, angered in response to how much fame Nezha was getting.
"The boy has brought shame to our family name…He does not deserve such luxury!"
He proceeds to burn the temple to the ground, his envious wrath getting the better of him…From that day forward, Nezha desired his father's death more than anything else.
Great Revival
Lucille knew it was not Nezha's time to go, so she started using lotus roots in order to construct a human body for the soul, allowing Nezha to come back to life. As he was reincarnated by her, she gave him the Wind-Fire Wheels and the Fire-Tipped Spear.
With his reincarnation, Nezha proceeded to hunt down his father, clashing on several occasions. However, during their final clash together, the father knew that he was no match for him, seeing as his mortal body will surely not hold to a powerful being like Nezha.
The father ran for his life, before Nezha gave chase. That is when a young Artemis, god of death, saw the whole situation go down, as he told the father to hide behind him.
"Still rekindling your vengeance after all this time, boy? Have you not learned anything about the gift of life?"
Nezha and Artemis clashed for seven years, before Artemis finally decided to contain Nezha, hoping to trap him before he tries to pull another attack on the father.
And so he was contained, for eons to come. And this is where we come…to present-day.
Tapped into the Depths (Lucifer Ark)
As he was contained, he had finally found his true power contained within himself after all these years. Something that the Dragon King would be unable to face, a bigger dragon with a passion to burn. His fury against the god of death and the King brought forth this power, in a form that he would be able to withstand any blow from such powerful beings.
Nezha is mentioned several times throughout the ark, however it is simply the legends that the Chinese have made about him. It is only after you beat Lucifer that you have a chance to beat Nezha…
Nezha is considered a superboss on the final side quest.
On the final side-quest, Pinky, a half-Yokai from another world, lets you know of the legendary prince Nezha still contained in a chamber in Gate 0, the final gate located in the Yokai world. She wishes to aid you in overpowering him, seeing as this will help her name be recognized by all of humanity.
However, his chamber is heavily guarded, and you'll need a high-level team in order to infiltrate his chamber.
That is where you'll finally see him for the first time, where he goes on about how he prays all of China is alright, even when he could not be there for them. However, he swears vengeance towards Artemis, along with the Dragon King, to which the team isn't too happy to see. That is when his battle shall finally begin.
However, once you have seemingly "beaten" his human form…his dragon form will emerge!

Relationships
Nezha's Mother
Probably one of the only positive relationships Nezha has, his mother truly cared about him, and Nezha wanted to do everything in his power to make sure he repaid the favor for his birth to her.
Nezha's Friend
A minor role which shows his only other positive relationship. Considering this friend of his was the only one he ever had, it's no wonder why Nezha would go to such great lengths to make sure he was protected.
Nezha's Father
A burning hatred for the father resides in Nezha's heart, after burning down his beloved temple that was made to help others prosper/live. Especially since it was made by his mother…He will never forgive his father for treating him so shamefully.
Sea Dragon King
The figure that Nezha will always turn his back to, this figure threatened his family and his people, so even through death, he shall defy this King with his own life.
Artemis
The one that contained Nezha for so long, Nezha has tapped into his inner power, hoping to get rid of Artemis and soon rid of his father. However, although he has tried many times, Nezha still has yet to be unleashed…
