Blue flame djinn. Her hair/scarf/cape are always billowing as if she is walking into the wind. Her wrists and ankles have manaces but no chains.
Her hair is a aqua/teal, and she usually sticks flowers onto her clothes/into her hair/anywhere she can.
Her scarf and the bottom part of her skirt/dress are tattered (the dress/skirt is from walking through thickets and briar patches and thorny bushes without regard as to what they do to her clothes. They don't hurt her and that is how she gets all the best flowers. Why is the scarf tattered? idk).
