Design Concept: Based on Texas horned lizards, old western preachers, and Noah's flood. Its Mega is the fucking ark, let's gooo.
Gameplay Concept: A bulky, defensive Water-Type with the cheekiest of gimmicks. Its signature move can stack with Future Sight, racking up massive damage over consecutive turns. When it Mega Evolves it gains access to Purging Storm, phasing out opponents as it attacks (granted, it's gotta trade in Drizzle to do so). Oh yeah, and it'd probably be great in Trick Room.
Moves: Fickle Floodwatch*, Flip Turn, Liquidation, Muddy Water, Calm Mind, Expanding Force, Psychic Terrain, Psyshock, Future Sight, Trick Room, Pain Split, Wish.
