Gigi (Ghost Girl)

Forgot her real name. Haunts a trash can outside of an ice cream parlor. She loved to sit on it when she was alive, and has carried that habit into death. Now it is kept very clean and smelling always of waffle cones and it was perfect UNTIL SOMEONE DENTED IT. Kind of a brat, petty and spiteful, but alsoooo bored and maybe willing to follow you around just for a change of pace.
