Info: Rowan absolutely loves money and despite often helping people out of the kindness of his heart he will always appreciate a couple extra caps and won't hesitate to use his charm to net a few more, he loves to flirt, is actually pretty knowledgeable  

 For years, Rowan worked with the Mojave express as a courier. He didn't mind the traveling and rather enjoyed the money, also, due to being quite a charmer, he met a fair amount of short-term lovers along the way. His occupation of being courier six ended with a bullet to the head.

Waking up in Goodsprings, with not even the clothes on his back, surprisingly didn't bother him much. He was rather annoyed but saw it more of an inconvenience. However, his lack of reaction didn't stop him from pursuing his attacker and delivering a bullet right into his head.

Rowan's strengths lie in his intelligence and charm, leaving his physical power a little lacking. This doesn't mean he's bad in a fight though, as long as he isn't unarmed. He's happy with any gun really, but is a pretty big fan of energy weapons, mostly the plasma defender and plasma rifle. He also enjoys company rather than traveling alone. He used to be content with being alone and just meeting people on his journeys, but after some of the dangerous and frankly odd situations he's been in recently he appreciates support. His most likely companions are ed-e, an old eyebot, and Boone, a reticent, ex-NCR sniper. Despite these two being his most popular allies, he also enjoys the company of Raul Tejada, a pre-war ghoul, and Arcade Gannon, a Follower of the Apocalypse, who he very much enjoys being around. Rowan has a slight crush on Arcade but not enough to do anything about it, he just admires his style and conversations, they're often found talking about any weird stuff they've come across or making snide remarks about the Legion.

Despite being a generally friendly and charismatic character, little is known about his years before he wound up in his premature grave. Most don't tend to ask about it, but those who do never receive a straight answer. Even though his past remains unknown, his abilities to converse with anyone about anything often leaves people forgetting that he's practically a stranger and puts them rather at ease, like an old friend.

Rowan doesn't really care much for politics, but ends up siding with the NCR as he believes that it may be the best outcome for the wasteland. He's done a lot of work for them and helped them out a great deal in his time and is often left feeling annoyed by their flawed grasp of the area and their own troops. However, he still backs them as he feels that over time they may begin to improve. Also, to support this choice, he despises the Legion and just wants to see them die.
