Mei

Mei is an ill girl who developed a passion for video games since she has been homeschooled because of her health issues.
   Mei is a child born with various health issues, which however weren't too serious in the first place. She could easily live a normal life despite those issues, and was even a loved, cheerful and energetic person in middle school. However, as time passed, her health issues got worse and Mei ended up being homeschooled, since coming to school became something too "dangerous" for her health. Staying at home all day, she developed a passion for video games and got to make some friends through it: even at home, she could have fun, and spend time with other people around the world! Spending all her time playing, she quickly improved and became a skilled and popular player under the username "THE RABBIT" (or simply "RABBIT"), alongside to her childhood friend who still secretly visited her while Mei's parents were working, so they could play all day (rip that friend who ended up skipping school). 
   Mei is an energetic, playful girl but also lazy when it's about other tasks than playing (she simply skips the chores most of the time). She is a really competitive person and hate losing; she often says "I'll kill you!" to her opponents, though she's obviously only talking about the game they're playing to.
