Bluemoon (Blue)

Bluemoon, most commonly known as Blue, was a peculiar Nightwing. He had none of the traditional Nightwing powers- but something stranger. He could make his body faintly glow. It was stronger on the silver scales on his wings, but he could do it with his entire body. Besides this strange ability, Blue is a normal Nightwing- just being a nervous bookworm. He likes reading about any topic. He likes looking up at the stars at nighttime, though it's hard to be alone when your scales glow faintly. There's suspicions that he's a hybrid, or has seawings in his family, but he'll fight tooth and nail that he's PURE nightwing!

thats all the story ideas i have so far but id use him as a sona. also id give him funny little glasses.
