Neo-Chan

Personality:
Neo is very shy and isn't great at socializing with other cephalopods she isn't familiar with. Her Power Mask helps her with avoiding
direct eye contact and usually looks menacing enough to ward off others from attempting to socialize in the first place.
Despite Inklings having near identical physical features, Neo is self conscious of her appearance. Whether she actually is insecure
about her appearance or it's her gear that she's worried about is unknown.
She can usually be seen following behind her friend group and if you pay enough attention, you may see her
nod her head as if she spoke a word or two.

During the events of Splatoon:
Neo was the youngest of her friend group to be of age to play turf wars, so she had to wait a few months before she was old
enough to have her humanoid form fully developed. Since then, she's joined up with her friends, made new ones, and joined in
on events such as Splatfests and squid parties. For the final Splatfest, she joined Team Callie. It's a blur to her now, but she thinks
her friend group was split even on what team they joined for this last Splatfest.

During the events of Splatoon 2:
Her parents pushed for her to focus more on actual life stuff than on "silly turf war games", as they called it, so she got a part time job
at a local bowling alley near Inkopolis Square. Having learned of the ban of special weapons, and seeing all the new additions of weapons
in the area made her bummed out on going back to turfing, only watching from afar and longing for what was once was. One day, she
saw a group of squid friends in a turf war almost getting annihilated, she completely thought they would lose until the leader of the
group managed to get her pals together and turn the tides of battle. It inspired Neo to follow this group of squid friends as well as try
turfing out herself. Eventually, she tries out the new stuff and starts loving turf again, as well as befriending this group of squids!
Sometimes Neo would lie that she has work scheduled on a day just so she could have some time to play with her new friends, so she
would should up wearing the Octobowler Shirt and White Seahorses.

Note: i started kinning at some point and it made me not think about my ocs so i am so sorry this is like the only squid oc with an actual
story/development lol...
