I intend to refine this with time, but basic rules:

- regift freely. I like my characters and designs to go to loving owners who intend to keep them long term or pass them to friends as a gift, but I won't stop you if you want to trade and gift later. just know that your own rights are then rendered null and void, and have been passed on with the character. this includes any commercial rights you've purchased out of pocket. - no re-trading for more than originally traded/bought for. this is on the honor system. be cool. - no reselling, except in cases where you have purchased commercial rights. - need written permission for commercial usage of character and design. contact me and I can put together a contract; it will likely involve a one-off payment, and will require I be credited openly and that you don't take credit for my work, but you will be allowed to use the character/design in commercial products and resell.
