Description: The Emperor is a prominent yet mysterious figure in Watcher society, often depicted as the wise one out of the three Head Watchers. He often stays isolated in a pocket dimension, only revealing himself once he is needed for something important. There are few who talked to this figure, and those who do describe the Emperor as "A figure who looks down upon his own creation, like an artist to their canvas."
