A diminuitive but powerful yeguai creature. Like many of his ilk, he holds responsibility over a particular domain within the Tianhai—in his case, a stormy, oceanic world whose raging seas and violent storms conceal a wondrous liminal boundary between the physical realm and the Ertianjie. Many have tried, but none make landfall unless he allows it.
