The fourth of the O’Connor siblings. She is a little bit (a lot) tired of life at the moment. She is currently living in dire poverty with her four other siblings, with herself and Evelyn being the only ones able to earn any money. Unfortunately, their parents are in federal prison following a botched bank heist. Somehow the five of them were not seized and instead continue to live as normal in their home. Evelyn has taken over as the family‘s matriarch and breadwinner, giving up on her dreams for now. Charlie is a now angst high school student, additionally taking on a part time job at the Scoop Office to help Evelyn make ends meet.

Charlie a quiet young person at school, only engaging with her few friends. She deliberately keeps out of the eyes of others, so people don’t seem to have opinions on her outside of her being a bit oDd. She likes video games, true crime and reading. Charlie isn’t necessarily shy, just doesn’t like people.

Even with herself and Evelyn earning money, they aren’t earning enough to maintain their home and feed their three siblings, so Charlie has taken up theft on the side. It started out with pickpocketing, but has since progressed into home burglaries. She carries around a tomahawk, but its only for protection and doesn’t plan on using it. She’s exceptionally good at it, and hasn’t been caught in the act. She is obsessed with the thrill of the steal. This whole ordeal is despised by Evelyn who argues they should play by the law for the safety of themselves and their siblings.
