Saint Tyranny

Biography

Despite her name, Tyranny is of the angelic race, having dedicated herself to Ouranósa and to the rest of Viridium. With that, she earned her position as the Saint of Ouranósa with hard work, having dedicated her blood, sweat, and tears to the country and citizens. No one knows where she had come from, except for the previous leader, Saint Malaya, who had taken her in as their disciple before their passing. 

Ouranósa was wary of an outsider taking their charge, but their opinions soon changed as Tyranny sacrificed her vision to protect the country from a siege by the fiery country of Fotiá. Being blinded by their fire as she shielded the citizens.

Though something no one living knows, is that Tyranny was born of demonic parents in Fotiá, having been abandoned by her parents, when they realized they had birthed an angel, and not a demon like themselves. She grew up alone and on the streets until Saint Malaya traveled to Fotiá in a vain attempt to make peace, taking in Tyranny after the malnourished angel tried to pickpocket them. 

She had become indebted to the Saint, becoming their apprentice and adoptive daughter after that fateful encounter, and promised to herself to be the best she can be, so she wouldn’t let Saint Malaya’s generosity be in vain.
