Zeniqorel Fildishtik

I recently joined my first D&D campaign and created my first D&D character! I will give a brief description to her backstory, and I will update the bio when I obtain more information.

Zeniqorel was born on an island of dragonborns to her parents and older sister, Rashiba. When Zeniqorel was about 2 and Rashiba was about 10, a plague swept through the island, causing dragonborns to become very ill with some deaths. When Zeniqorel's parents got sick, she and Rashiba fled the island to go to the mainland of Ellerwin, in hopes of searching for a cure to the plague elsewhere (it is unknown whether their parents survived or not). 

Along the journey to the mainland, Zeniqorel and Rashiba stopped on the island of Bellmare which is full of hostile villagers who went after the two. In an attempt to protect her younger sister, Rashiba told Zeniqorel to hide while she would hold them back for as long as she can. Even though they both managed to escape the island, Rashiba left with a big scar on her arm. Once they got to Ellerwin, Rashiba found a job in working in the mines to support herself and Zeniqorel. Zeniqorel had no memory of her homeland or parents, nor did she know where Rashiba got her scar from. Rashiba refused to tell her anything.

When Zeniqorel was about 10, her sister wanted her to work in the mines too. Zeniqorel tried to work hard, but she struggled with her job, so the mining company assigned her to work in the trade routes to sell gems across the land. As Zeniqorel was working in this field, she started feeling some internal desire for adventure (because she is secretly a sorcerer but doesn't realize it yet). About 3 years later, Zeniqorel asked Rashiba if she could visit Bellmare, to which Rashiba exploded and told her to never go there. Having no memory of past events, Zeniqorel didn't understand why her sister was so uptight about going there. One day at her Job, Zeniqorel got assigned to a trade route that went close to Bellmare. This gave Zeniqorel a good opportunity to sneak away in the middle of her Job so that she could go to Bellmare. 

This is where she then meets up with the main campaign group (more info later).
