Inherited the 'business' from her father who 'mysteriously' passed away.

Jullia is her childhood friend and been by her side her entire life and the only person she has ever considered family. the only person she is really close to. Refers to her as her sister and her "other half".
Jullia is also her right hand man and bodyguard. The two are mostly inseparable.
