Baby is an animated doll currently attending the Wyvernborn University located somewhere in Scotland. She doesn't really know who she is or why she's here, but at the moment she's happy to play along. For the most part, Baby wants to try new things (even bad things) so she can get a full sense of what it means to be alive and figure out what exactly she likes. Currently, she's undecided in her major and taking general education courses at the college.
Baby makes friends fairly easily, as all it takes is one kind word and you are her new BFF. She might be a little bit in love with all of her friends, but who wouldn't be when they're all so sweet? While she's having fun trying new things, ultimately, Baby just wants to find who created her. She has so many questions and this person must love her most of all if they made her, right?
THE FOLLOWING IS SPOILERS FOR BABY'S BACKSTORY, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU'RE IN MONSTERHEARTS
Baby woke up the Saturday before the start of finals week in a genericly decorated dorm room and no idea who she is or what she was doing here. She waited for a while before she started to explore her surroundings and found a letter from a mysterious individual. The letter introduced her to herself and who she was supposed to be for now, at least: a freshman at Wyvernborn with an undeclared major. The letter also warned her that people can't dig into her past and that she needs keep herself guarded. The author insisted that all they've done and continue to do is for Baby, and that they will continue to watch over her. With the letter came a class schedule, showing she was enrolled in Philosophy 101 as well as other classes. She spent the next day waiting for her creator to come and claim her, but no one ever showed up. The Monday of finals week, she went to her first class and found that no one looked at her oddly, just as if she'd always been there.
- Baby is based off a ball-jointed doll and all of her joints are visible!
- She doesn't have a last name, but Babydoll is essentially the full version of her name.
- She doesn't really sleep, but she does require at least 4 hours of rest at night.
- While she is a doll, she can still consume drinks and food like a normal person, and things like alcohol and drugs will still affect her.
- When I told my DM that I was going to play an animated doll named Baby, they were very upset by this prospect.

Crow and Baby became acquainted during a group paper for their Philosophy 101 class. She was instantly enamored by the expressive fae and took to mimicing his actions. When Crow offered her the smallest crumb of praise, Baby was a goner.

Baby and Elijah met during a group paper for their Philosophy 101 class. Elijah was so confident in taking charge of the paper that Baby was happy to follow her lead and even more excited to learn about the Dewey Decimal System. Elijah has quickly become a close friend and somewhat protective of Baby.

Lenore Lasalle
Baby and Lenore share a Philosophy 101 class and became acquainted through Elijah. All it took was for Lenore to compliment Baby once and she was happy to have the ghost hanging around. Baby has no clue that Lenore knows more about her than the others. She thinks Lenore is very pretty and nice and maybe a little sad.

Baby and Clash met directly after finals. She doesn't know much about him yet, but he has promised her fun new experiences. She's excited to stick by him and see what they can get up to.
