• You can expect art to be done within a month unless stated otherwise. I'm a pretty fast artist, but sometimes my health issues delay progress. Sometimes I'm able to get multiple pieces out in a single day, sometimes it takes me a couple weeks depending on the commission type, character complexity, my health, etc.
• You can always request me to send WIPs. I usually do
• For art commissions I do not accept refunds after a sketch has been completed. If you do want a refund before it's been finished, I'll allow you to keep the sketch of your character. I won't reuse it if you're not comfortable with me doing so. You are not allowed to finish or edit my sketch in any way though (same with any other art I create). For premade character sales, I do not accept refunds.
• I must always be credited for my artwork and character designs
• if you were gifted a character I designed or you traded for it, you cannot sell it unless you have made artwork for it or commissioned/received artwork for it. And if you buy a design from me, you must not resell it for more than what you paid unless additional artwork is made for it. This rule is to avoid unfair sales!
• Do not make duplicates. You can make siblings or offspring as long as they aren’t exactly the same. The only instance in which I would allow twins is if they are always kept together and not sold/traded/given away separately.
• Do not edit my artwork. You can redesign your character however you see fit but do not alter my artwork. Filters and hue shifting are fine though! Also do not resell my artwork on it's own, you do not have commercial rights to them (i.e. selling artwork I made as a keychain or print, selling t-shirts with my art)
• You are always allowed to use art I've made for you as an icon, banner, etc. You never have to ask me for permission
