Who We Are characters (Rafe)

Rafe is a street kid born to an immigrant mother, and is very cunning and streetwise. He has seemingly limitless tricks up his sleeve. He's lived on the streets all his live so has never been to school, and is illiterate. He has a crush on Wilm, but is terrified to say anything to him.

He is a moderate flier: fast but not too fast, manoeuvreable but not overly agile. He can fly for quite some distance, but tires rapidly after a point.
