Simply known by his last name, Moore is a relatively chill and laid-back dude who tends to keep to himself as he works through the closing shift at his minimum wage job. He has a natural charm to him, giving off an older brother type of vibe with just his looks, though it tends to get ruined when he calls someone off for a stupid idea. He's not afraid to speak his mind and won't sugarcoat things, but he won't be a dick about it either if he can help it.
On the more private side, Moore is known to care deeply for animals, especially for cats, often spending a portion of his newly earned paycheck just to feed the back alley cats. Though they aren't privy to showing this side of themselves, so it is a deeply guarded hobby. They also will not allow others to push people they care about around, willing to throw a punch if needed but only when they have deemed it necessary. Finally, they're a lover of motorcycles, constantly working and tweaking their own bike. He even has a cat-themed helmet to boot!

- They have genetic Poliosis, meaning their hair (besides the shaved sides) are not dyed. The lightened spots on their skin is also not randomized and has specific locations. It also affects their eyelashes, being lighter than the rest where it touches

Moore never mentions this person by name, however it is very clear to those around him that this will always be the person he cares for the most. Whenever they are brought up, he will always take on a softer tone and speak more gently, a melancholy tone lacing his voice. When asked what their name was or where they are, Moore will simply ignore the question, refusing to answer. It is a mystery for sure, but Moore would do anything for them, that is for certain.
Moore and Allium are roommates and though he doesn't really know her well, he'd say she's a good person at heart. Vamp might harass him sometimes about how well he's eating or to go get them something from the corner store, but they still appreciate their company. When they're down on their luck, vamp is always there for them even if their room is like the world's worst storage shed. They appreciate what vamp does for them.
