Oliver

Oliver, the CEO of a moderately successful company, finds himself responsible for the teenager he found collapsed outside his house; no one else is willing to take in a child from the necromancy cult. With his money and influence, Oliver can help Crow get treatment and care–but the cult has many secrets, some pertaining to Oliver's own past. While he struggles to give Crow a good, stable life, Oliver is haunted by what he knows to be true: you can try and resurrect the dead, but no one ever comes back the same.

Oliver is disabled (epilepsy), and his company produces disability aids, with a focus on epilepsy aids because that's what he has the most knowledge of. His condition was discovered after a seizure nearly caused him to drown, and his parents were not emotionally there for him afterwards. They often spoke of the happy child they wish they had, one who wasn't in and out of hospitals for his entire childhood. Oliver does not talk to them anymore.
