By purchasing from the artist, you agree to have read and agree to the following Terms of Service. Failure to follow by the Terms of Use may result in a block and/ or public blacklist. Please note that these Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice. These Terms of Use are up to date and in effect as of 2/13/22.
Rules for Bidding Accepting payment via PayPal invoice only in USD. Please do not ask about points or trades! Art or Trades will be taken for OTA designs. Invoices will be sent after I accept your adopt/slot claim, and must be paid before I start work. No refunds are given for any adopted design; for commissions and customs, I will only give a refund if I have not yet started work. Please make the payment within 48 hrs. Payment plans and holds are only available for ABs. These are only allowed if you are able to do at least a 25% down payment with a timed pay period. (Ex: $30 every 2 weeks on a pay day.) The adopt files will not be given until the design is paid off. If said payment plan or hold is canceled afterward, said design will be reopened for purchase. Refunds will be returned once the funds are available for me to return to you. This may be done in increments depending on the amount, and amount of time since purchase.
Rules for Designs and Art Users have NO right or permission to use/mint/sell my art, commissions, or adoptables as NFTs. My designs and artwork is a digital good, it doesn't require any shipping. This design is personal use unless stated otherwise. The user owns the full rights to the design and may use it how they see fit non-commercially with credit to myself and whoever else may be involved in its creator (base artist, brush artist, ect.). The user does not own the rights to the art itself, I the creator retain the rights to the art and maintain the right to use it in my design portfolio. You may post the artwork elsewhere but always credit and link back to me on one of my sites. Only the customer and the respective artist have the rights to post the image. The user must credit myself when posting or using the design for projects at least once in a visible space such as credits. Rules for Reselling/Trading/Gifting/Co-Owning Any theft or unfair trading will result in blacklisting for any future events. Design edits are allowed but please keep it recognizable. Please do not draw or edit on the original artwork, Co-Owning is a decision between buyers, I as the creator have no part in disputes between owners after purchase. Think carefully before co-owning. Any design by myself may be resold, even traded ones, but traded designs must be appraised by myself. If going by personal art value, your price sheet must be older, by at least a few weeks, than the last piece of art you wish to be evaluated in order to prevent price inflation for resale. Designs can be resold for only what they are purchased for, unless extra art is commissioned or drawn. Personal art must be appraised by myself before adding value, this is to prevent design flipping for profit. Group art/couple art must be agreed to be added to the price with the new buyer before adding to the purchase price, unless all characters are bundled together. My reasoning for this is I myself as a consumer see a lot of designs where the entire worth is someone else's story art, with the design now worth hundreds. This to me isn't fair to the design's value or the consumer. So unless the consumer agrees to pay for the other user's story pieces, or they are purchasing all the characters in those pieces, it must be optional. If they don't want to pay for the additional pieces? Don't sell to them. Find another buyer. Gifted designs may be gifted or traded as long as the previous owner is alright with it being traded. Raffle/Write to Adopt designs created and given out by myself may only be Gifted/Write To Adopte/Re-Raffled unless stated otherwise. The above rule only pertains to designs bought by users and redistributed.
