a cat had been given extraordinary powers by an unknown being, bringing his tail to life and giving him control of the snow elements. somewhere there are creatures able to control other elements, but his group looked up to him as a god, and he was treated like one.
his eyes glow when using powers, including the ones on his tail. he named his tail ‘slyther’
