Hideo Kaneko is a chaotic neutral werewolf who proritizes himself over everything. He considers himself the best being to walk the earth. He is always right, and on the off chance he isn't, there's never anyone left alive to question him.

Hideo is sassy and flirtatious in nature, although he knows when to tone it down and act like a true leader. Most people don't have a neutral opinion about him; they either love him or feel murderous tendencies.

Powers

As a werewolf, Hideo is able to transform into a beast at will. This transformation is a gradient, as he can take the form of a full beast, human, or anything in between. His strength and perception increases the more wolfish he becomes, although these are already naturally heightened in his human form. The full moon has no biological impact on werewolves; any correlation is purely cultural.

All werewolves possess a weekness to silver. Contact with this material via sensitive flesh [ie, exposed injuries and mouth] leads to an extreme burning sensation and decay.

Hideo started his pack at age 20, having only 3 members at the start. At first, he extended a helping hand to werewolves outcast by society, forming a society in the forests near Lake Tahoe. Over time, his pack grew to small-town numbers and included any fantastical looking for a welcoming society.

Hideo views his pack as a safe haven for those abandoned by society, though it is just a little more than a gang hideout for criminals. Crime is rampant, and eating live animals is accepted. Hunting pure-humans is seen as a honorous game to carnivorous fantasticals, though in recent times Hideo has tried banning that practice to appease Sven Begaye, a werewolf he "recruited" and came to adore.
