If a design is purchased from me then you are free to do whatever you'd like with said design so long as you do not try to claim credit over the design or it's original art. This means that you can use purchased designs for either personal or commercial use if you'd like, gift it to someone else, sell it for more than you bought it, print out 30 copies and then individually light them on fire, I don't care! It's yours, you bought it!
