• Constant Comet; a dark and sweet tea that can provoke a thought, or make someone pensive. This was the first blend you picked out once you’d left home.
• Go-About; a spicy and energizing blend that can motivate, or make someone ambitious. A stranger gave you this blend. You still can’t remember why.

And one you will never serve.

• Sun’s Smile; a pure and easy tea that can start a conversation, or make someone friendly. It was one of the only two blends your family would ever make, passed off as the “house special.” The name alone makes you scowl.

A brewing tool or method you have always used...

• Cindle; (it/its) a small and forgotten witchy god, who heats the water in your kettle to the perfect temperature. It looks vaguely like a leaf-tailed gecko. It can easily and happily fit inside your pocket.

• Sip your tea gently.
• Stir and nod.
• Listen.
• Find the ingredients you need.
• Ask someone: “Can I get you a cup of tea?” They get a token if they drink it.
