All who travel must drink — but those who know how to travel well, drink tea. You have just the brew for what ails a weary wanderer.

You are alive. Your care is piping hot, well-prepared, and delicious.

Playbook

The Teammelier

Class Specialization

Three tea blends you readily prepare...

  • bot_flower_1.png Duke’s Choice; a citrusy and regal blend that can encourage or make someone confident. Something you picked up from a shady, yet honest kith, who thought you could make better use of it than they.
  • bot_regant_1.pngConstant Comet; a dark and sweet tea that can provoke a thought, or make someone pensive. This was the first blend you picked out once you’d left home.
  • bot_regant_2.pngGo-About; a spicy and energizing blend that can motivate, or make someone ambitious. A stranger gave you this blend. You still can’t remember why.

And one you will never serve.

  • bot_regant_3.png Sun’s Smile; a pure and easy tea that can start a conversation, or make someone friendly. It was one of the only two blends your family would ever make, passed off as the “house special.” The name alone makes you scowl.

A brewing tool or method you have always used...

  • wanderhome_magic_symbol.pngCindle; (it/its) a small and forgotten witchy god, who heats the water in your kettle to the perfect temperature. It looks vaguely like a leaf-tailed gecko. It can easily and happily fit inside your pocket.

Witchy kith are skilled at quiet and tricksy magics. As such, Cindle can always...

    • Mix assorted components to create something new.
    • Point out a personality flaw someone hasn’t been dealing with. If its right, it puts a curse on them. If they want to get rid of the curse, they’re going to need to address their flaw.

And one that you recently stopped using.

  • Beautiful but chipped cups and saucers, the first you bought for yourself. They weren't your first choice. Or your second. Or your last.

Some things you can always do...

  • Sip your tea gently.
  • Stir and nod.
  • Listen.
  • Find the ingredients you need.
  • Ask someone: “Can I get you a cup of tea?” They get a token if they drink it.
  • Say: “I have just the brew for that!” You get a token if you actually do.

Your advancements.

  • Learn a new brew from your list.
  • Learn another new brew from your list.
  • Create a brew no one has ever tasted, and add it to your list.
  • Exchange brews, tools, or methods with another Teammolier on the road.
  • Get a token when you let someone else make the tea.
  • Spend a token to know exactly which brew someone needs right now.
  • You can always learn something about a person from how they drink their tea.
  • Take an unused playbook and add as much as you want from that playbook to yours.
  • It’s time to set up shop and let those seeking tea come to you. Leave some tea with the group, pick up a new playbook, and make a new character.
