I do not have a tos or really anything of the sort, after you buy, trade or get one of my designs or adopts from any person or me myself, they are yours. I have nothing to do with the design anymore. I don't care if you trade them without extra art to add to worth. If anything the owner can apply their own tos to the design. This also means if there is any drama surrounding the design it is not my issue.
