(he/she) water-type variant of flygon. she's on team soundwave with alto, but graduated and rarely goes on explorations anymore except in emergencies. still inseparable from alto and supports his musical endeavors. he's somewhat reserved and doesn't talk much, but is still amiable. he trains new recruits and specializes in helping exploration teams prepare for underwater dungeons
