This is Kreel... A super odd and old conspiracy theory weirdo... (They believe that the Earth is flat even though they can fly)
They are also wearing a tin foil hat!
They are part of a species of moth buddy's called "Mariposas"
The history/myth of the species is that the first Mariposas were given life by the moon through the moon’s rays shining on a group of flower buds near a glistening lake. These flowers bloomed and out came the first known Mariposas. So every year, they would go back to this lake and do a ritual/celebration of sorts one being lighting lanterns and Letting them fly up into the sky as well as sprinkling flower petals on the lake in order to thank the moon for giving them life.
