sippy is the main character!! they work as a digimon detective, finding stray digimon and moving them safely out of the city. sippy is a skilled young engineer and can build all kinds of gadgets, like the digimon analyzer they have. extremely talented with finding out how things work but lacking in other areas, such as social interaction, art and sports. they live with their dad, who owns a used electronics store. sippy's detective office is located upstairs (it's actually just their room.. they still call it their office). their room is an absolute mess, with books, wires and parts for their gadgets everywhere.

sippy is shy and very socially awkward but still has a very happy-go-lucky and cheerful attitude. they like spending time with their digimon and computer more than with real people. on the internet sippy has a lot of friends who are also digimon tamers! they are best friends with princess and kaito. they chat daily and have known each other for years! they have even met a couple of times despite living quite far away from each other
