ahh she is such a pretty character! I lover the way she looks straight out of the 20's, and her design from the streak in herb hair to wings is so cohesive and pretty <3
I really dig this character's aesthetic. You do a very good job at making her clearly not angelic despite having bird wings, and she really comes across as a somewhat mischievous, possibly even malicious fairy. I'm also a fan of the curls in her hair and the blonde parts of it! Really helps make her stand out from other similar characters without overcomplicating the design. The clothing style is also something I'm a fan of, I think flowy vintage clothes like this are very pretty.
Just generally a very interesting character!
