✹ User Agreement and Information

• This design terms of service accounts for all my current designs. Yes, every single one.
• If I’m going to be honest, I’m super hesitant on putting people on my blacklist. So if you do indeed break my rules I might DM you real fast and ask you to please stop. I try to not block anyone due to my nerves however just because I don’t block you doesn’t justify your actions in a positive light. If DMs make you uncomfortable, I definitely understand and please let me know.
• I accept payment through DeviantArt Points; $1 = 100 DeviantArt Points  (I don’t do $1 = 80 pts as that’s slightly inconvenient and I’m not good at math haha)

✹ General Rules and Character Usage

• You become the owner of the character if you’ve completed payments, and with that you can do whatever you’d like with them.
• Crediting me (sikes) is required! However, if the design is clearly marked as "http:// strayz" or any other branding of mine, you aren’t required to fix this. When I credit myself offsite this is because I don’t want the design to show up in my gallery!
• Occasionally, I will use my proudest designs as examples, and I will not ask for permission to use it (it is my design, after all). If this makes you uncomfortable, I totally understand! Just shoot me a DM and I’ll change it.
• Please ask prior to editing ownership rules on my characters, thank you!
• Redesigns are more than welcome & I love seeing my designs used. My designs don’t have initial worths unless specified.
• I do refunds but it’s pretty disrespectful, however I understand the occasional mix-up and I’m definitely alright with refunding those who need it! Please don’t abuse this rule, I’d hate to ruin the opportunity for others to get what they need by getting this part taken down if abused. If it’s been over 2+ weeks, I’ll be frankly much more hesitant on refunding your purchase especially if I don’t have the funds to assist the refund.
• Please don’t include my designs with suggestive/NSFW artwork. I do not with to be associated with such.

✹ Ownership Rules and Regulations

• While yes, I do allow people to profit off my designs (sell them more than they are worth), I ask that you please don’t overprice my designs and scam someone out of it. If that does happen I can do my best to work things out but I am not responsible. Again, I’ll try to make everything work, feel free to ping me to settle any disputes but I don’t want any of the stress of feeling as though I’m responsible.
• I do occasionally do tradebacks. Feel free to let me know if this makes you uncomfortable but I only will do tradebacks upon disconnection of a set character.
• I will not heavily monitor any of my designs so I’m putting trust in you all so please don’t abuse my rules.
• Be considerate with my designs and always feel free to ask me if you have any questions about my designs.
