Vain, materialistic and cut throat, Janet cares for nothing more than his own success and has no problem stepping on other people to get where he needs to be. He's overly competitive, extremely organized and a person of habits. He strives to be the best and won't tolerate anything less. He's never afraid to inform others of his strong opinions and interests and will happily talk someone's ear off if it's about his own hobbies or business.

Janet has no qualm about faking appearances and playing the social game to get higher on the ladder and acquire the things he desires. Appearing outwardly friendly and sociable, he has no trouble talking up strangers and making fast acquaintances. This allows him to have a wide connection of contacts. There's a part of him that thrills in having his own company desired by so many while he vainly judges them all on their hair, clothing, and personalities internally.

Regardless of his attempts to fit in though, he still has a lack of self-awareness and can come off as domineering and aggressive when responding to emotions. He lacks tact, and is overly direct, sometimes upsetting those he comes in contact with how blunt his words can be. Janet stifles wayward thoughts and impulses by being a workaholic, never truly knowing if one day his aggression will go too far.
