Jefe is, a little bit of a Jerk. His name means Boss/Chief, and he surely seems to be attempting to live up to that. Jefe is the boss of a street gang, and wether it be terrorising locals or just being a nuisance, his gang is always up to something, and Jefe is usually at the center of it all. He is pretty handy with a knife as well as a gun, and knows exactly how to get what he wants, when he wants it. Though he seems really rough around the edges, its not really hard to see that Jefe means well if you mean something to him. Though his motives are sometimes warped, he never breaks a promise and will be loyal till death if someone, somehow manages to gain his trust.

Jefe was born in a small, rural village in Spain, to a less than poverty stricken family. It was there he spent the first 10 or so years of his life, struggling to get by and make enough money to buy a measly meal a day. When he was 11, he met a guy who said he could help his situation, and being young, and naive, Jefe took him up on his offer. 2 years down the line, Jefe was living in a slum town on the border of mexico and America, being used as a drug mule by a large cartel who bought him off of the guy who promised to help him. This went on for a good few years, until Jefe escaped at the age of 18, escaping the slum he lived in and attempting to leave that life behind. He met a group of rag-tag street rats, and his gang started there. He started at the bottom as a simple runner, and slowly worked his way up to being the boss through his cold and harsh ways.
