Personality: Outgoing and slightly show-offish ShadeFire is an individual who doesn’t tend to hide any bit of themselves. They are vocal in their opinions not caring how those around them might take them.

They are very laid back overall and seem to not want to put their full effort into their work but any tasks assigned to them will be completed phenomenally well.

Bio:
Born in Columbia ShadeFire moved to Ursus with their father for reasons they won’t disclose. They didn’t fully adapt well to their new home and found it hard to make friends. This was only made worse when they later became infected. Upon learning this they ran away from home not even letting their father know about what was happening to protect him. After years of wandering Ursus alone moving between villages to avoid the infected patrols, they eventually ran into Talulah and the newly forming reunion. They settled well into the ranks fully believing what was being done was right even when the actions of Reunion became more violent and extreme ShadeFire never doubted the leader of Reunion and her ways.

How they became infected is unknown but ShadeFire has implied it was a rather traumatic event. Crystal have started to form on their right arm and left leg. Oddly they do not hide their crystals purposely hiking their left pant leg up to show them off. Often calling the crystals ‘battle scars’.

Due to how long it’s been since their infection had set in their oripathy has progressed into the mid-stages, however, they have taken well to treatment at Rhodes Island and their Oripathy has stabilized.

Archive 1

A former member of Reunion ShadeFire decided to join Rhodes Island after the events of [redacted]. They made it clear when they were hired that they still believe in Talulah’s ideas. They still strongly believe the only real way the infected can gain any type of equality is through revolution.

When asked by they joined Rhodes Island they explained that with Reunion and Talulah gone they had nowhere to turn and didn’t wish to return to their life of hiding and fleeing.  They admired Rhodes Island's actions during [redacted] so decided that they would follow Rhodes Island for the time being. They would be loyal to Rhodes Islands cause until they found something better to believe it.

A rather ominous and worrying statement. It is suggested that close eyes be kept on ShadeFire to keep track of any concerning actions and if anything is to arise to inform the proper personnel immediately

Archive 2

ShadeFire’s arts are rather basic fire arts. The flames, burn in a dark purple almost black colour the fires don’t turn to burn at a very high temperature, they are also rather small and do not seem to spread rather far. However, they prove to be rather hard to put out with normal means. When tests and demonstrations were done ShadeFire’s flames reminded active for an hour as every action was taken to try and suppress them, only dying down when ShadeFire cancelled their arts. Despite the low temperature of the fire significate damage was sustained to the area where the fire was burning. ShadeFire shows to have excellent control of their fire arts and has been known to use them to show off to their follow younger operators.

However, it cannot be understated that the black fires are just as dangerous as any others. As they are unable to be out by anyone other than ShadeFire they can burn for an undetermined amount of time, one that not even ShadeFIre is aware of. Even at its low temperature, it can cause a lot of damage, it is unknown what would happen if ShadeFire were to use it on another person. ShadeFire claims to have down this before, they offered to demonstrate it but their offer was turned down as the test was considered rather unethical.

ShadeFire has some rather strong views when it comes to the treatment of the infected. They are very vocal about the discrimination against them and their fellow infected and will not hesitate to take action. They have been known to try and pick fights with people who they even think are discriminating against them. This had led to ShadeFire having many disciplinary hearings since they were brought on as an operator of Rhodes Island. Despite that, they still haven’t stopped. While it’s good to know there are young people such as ShadeFIre wishing to fight for the infected it brings to question is whether or not they are going too far. Many seem to agree that they are.

It is no secret that ShadeFire greatly admires Talulah, even after the events of [redacted] they claim the only time they had ever felt negative about the Draco was when she seemed to have betrayed the whole of reunion. ShadeFire still believes in the actions of reunion even when they have been told that Talulah’s action would have led to a war which would have resulted in the deaths of millions ShadeFire responded that even more infected had died in Ursus. Staffed decided it was better to not push the topic knowing ShadeFire’s actions

Rhodes Island does not condone the actions of Reunion or their leader even if it can be viewed as justified. This of course can extend to any operators that act outside of Rhodes Island guidelines. If ShadeFire shows any true signs of going against Rhodes Island beliefs and ideals we will not hesitate to terminate the operator's contract and will take any necessary action against them.

Archive 5

ShadeFire seems to get along well with other operators in Rhodes Island despite their intense personalities and views. In times like these, it is a lot easier to see ShadeFire as a young adult who became infected and had to face what they meant in a place as harsh as Ursus. Anyone who isn’t Ursus raised can only begin to imagine the trauma that can cause. ShadeFire has also commented they were only a teen when they became infected. They do not speak much of their time while they were on the run. They mostly talk about their time with Reunion. They often reminisce about their fellow reunion members. Sharing light-hearted stories that further paint Reunion as a group of people who had nowhere else to turn. Many of the people they have spoken about are dead or missing in action. ShadeFire often comments on how they hope more of their friends from Reunion should be brought to Rhodes Island for a number of different reasons often very few being combat-related seeming to realize many of those who fought were never warriors and were just common people.

There is probably more to ShadeFire than Rhode Island can ever know. Perhaps things that only ShadeFire themselves will ever know. This is to be expected considering everything.

So long as ShadeFire stays somewhat loyal to Rhodes Island we will help them and offer what supports we can. This fact is also well known to ShadeFire.
