PERSONALITY
Tobias (Toby to his friends) is a whitehat hacker that is in all sense of the word chaotic to the T. He follows a philosophy that there is no progress done if there is no mayhem involved and he will make it show. Loud, rude and sometimes even annoying at times, He is that type of friend that is the life of the party but overwhelming if exposed for too much time. Back in his day he was a very impulsive man and didn’t think twice about a lot of actions. After the loss of most of his body he became a cold and calculated person, thinking more than twice before even setting down a plan of action. When with friends, sometimes you can see traces of the old Tobias still in there, far inside the cold shell he now has as a body.

BACKGROUND
Tobias once came to the Capital with Quintel, from a young age he showed interest on omegian surface technology and dedicated himself to mastering it as much as he could. Though he was never given proper education his persistence and dedication landed him into a position adored by many. He became a prosthetics creator that made body parts out of scraps for the needed individuals of the capital’s slums. On the side, he helped Vitrovians that got in too deep and came out with one or two limbs less.
In his 30’s his craftsman work led him a dangerous path, after the loss of his partner Quintel he began doing dealings with dangerous members of society, resorting to drug and organ trade to be able to get by after his attitude issues kicked him out of the group his partner once founded. This got him dismembered and churned, left alone with an arm and a head to get by. For some unknown reason, he was able to build himself back together in the spawn of months, coming out a pile of scrap metal and anger.
This is where he reconnected with Luis Hallifax, he provided most of the substances that kept the drica subdued for so many years. Eventually, when he found out the use of such things he cut the man off and helped him sober up. The same cannot be said for him as he relies on strong medications constantly, trying to repair the chronic pain caused by his change of body.
In the present age, Tobias finally reconnects with Quint, confused on how he came back from the dead in the first place but grateful nonetheless. He, though, has become a shut-in and sticks to his machinery and room. Some rumor it's the trauma of all those past years finally catching up to him.
