Originally raised to be an assassin, Dizzy lives her life as an assumed outlaw; despite never actually taking the life of another creature. She's Star Sighted: born with dangerous, uncontrollable magic that leads to her behaving in erratic and unpredictable ways, and was neglected by her family due to that. Now as an adult, she spends most of her life constantly on the run alongside her friend Stella.
